OB/GYN Associates of Southern Indiana has provided the highest quality healthcare to the women of Southern Indiana for over 30 years. Dr. Guy Silva started the New Albany practice in 1977. Dr. Stephen Baldwin joined him 10 years later in 1987, followed by Dr. Marilyn Mahan in 1993, Dr. Carol Borden in 1998, and Dr. Jacqueline Riely in 2001. Dr. Heather Lewis joined our group in July, 2008.
Our board-certified physicians have more than 80 years of combined experience and have delivered more than 12,000 babies, primarily at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany. Over these past three decades we have also provided obstetric and gynecologic care to poor and indigent women in our community.
Our physicians work hard to stay abreast of the many rapid changes and innovations in obstetrics and gynecology through continuing medical education. The physicians were asked to participate in the University of Louisville’s Residency Program affording them the opportunity to share their knowledge and skills with future surgeons.
OB/GYN Associates of Southern Indiana has a long-standing commitment to our community and our mission: To provide the best healthcare possible to the women of Southern Indiana.
